The frame adopts a 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy herringbone slope-top frame structure, which is corrosion-resistant and suitable for long-term outdoor use. There is no intermediate column inside, providing a spacious interior. The bottom is equipped with a customized industrial caster base assembly, which can be manually pushed and moved as a whole. The casters come with brake locks, which can be locked and fixed in place after being placed. Modular bolt assembly allows for easy disassembly and transportation of parts for on-site assembly.

The enclosure is made of B1-grade flame-retardant double-sided PVC-coated tarpaulin, which is waterproof, sunscreen, UV-resistant, dustproof, and heat-insulating. The surrounding curtain-style enclosure can be fully opened or closed, equipped with equipment access doors, and reserved with windproof cable points, capable of withstanding winds of level 8-10. The A-frame design allows for quick drainage of rain and snow without water or snow accumulation.

There is no need to pour a concrete foundation; the original cement floor can be directly placed, avoiding the risks associated with civil engineering approval and unauthorized construction. The aluminum alloy frame has a service life of up to 15-25 years, and the entire tent can be reused in multiple substations and power supply stations.
